Email hello@sokynd-brand.com with your order number, the email used for the order, the item you want to return and the reason for the return. For a damaged or incorrect item, include photos of the item and packaging. Our support team will provide the return instructions and correct return address. Please contact us before posting your return.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the return policy. Contact us with your order number before sending an item back.
